My approach is why my work stands out among many coaches and counselors worldwide. I coach through experience and observation. I study patters in adolescents
and mind map them. I exactly blend in with them to understand them as they are. I do not come with any
pre-conceived notions or judgements about the teenager behavior. Each have their own reasons to be the way they are and think the way they think. Once I can reach to the root of their behavior pattern half the job is done. I am fortunate to be bestowed with tremendous capacity of breaking the most rigid shell of an adolescent mind and motivate them.
